I figured (that is Chanelle figured) it would be pertinent to give you all a heads up on the kinds of foods that will be featured here. It’s obvious who wears the pants in our relationship, isn’t it? I do! Of course. She makes the decisions and I get to wear pants! I’m not complaining. It works for me because I’m lazy. Anyway, Chanelle and I are very special dietarily speaking. It can get downright weird in our kitchen. I have a serious gluten intolerance, she processed soy, and neither of us can eat dairy without suffering some very unpleasant consequences. We also generally avoid refined sugars and intermittently exclude meat from our diet. And so all the food talk and recipe dissemination here will reflect any combination of these peculiarities. Yep. I just wanted to let you know that you won’t find anything good here. Unless at some point I decide to talk about my favorite Food Network television host, Paula Deen. I kid. Gluten-free/dairy-free/soy-free/sugar-free/vegan can be delicious! I’ll prove it to you. Maybe.
